Tor USA acquires THE QUANTUM THIEF

Tor USA has picked up the American publication rights to Hannu Rajaniemi's The Quantum Thief and two additional books in a deal struck with Gollancz/Orion, as reported by the author's agent, John Jarrold. Tor USA will publish the novel in hardcover in May 2011.

Congratulations to Hannu on this deal, very well deserved.

    Did Tor send you Way of Kings yet Wert? Interesting to get a review considering the hype

    Not yet. I think I've got a review copy of the UK one coming but that won't be until some time after the US version comes out. I might get in touch with Tor US about it and see if they can send me a copy, but I think there may be a review embargo on it. I know quite a few US bloggers have now got copies but no-one's published a review so far.
